Island Bug Jam is happening August 29th and 30th in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. This Volkswagen enthusiast weekend includes cruising, BBQ, camping, food trucks, door prizes, raffles, and a Sunday Show ’N Shine at the Comox Valley Exhibition Grounds. Saturday features Rhuari’s Ride Cruise, meeting at the Comox Valley Visitor Centre at 2:00PM and departing at 3:00PM, followed by the Valley Vee Dub Club BBQ. Camping is available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights at CVEX, with registration through CVEX required. The Sunday Show ’N Shine runs from 10:00AM to 2:00PM, with on-site registration from 8:00AM to 10:00AM. Registered cars receive free entrance to the CVEX grounds to enjoy the food trucks and attractions.
