🏁🇨🇦 VITA CANADA DAY RACES & ATV/SXS SHOW & SHINE 🇨🇦🏁 Registration for Show & Shine: 8:30 AM Show & Shine starts: 9:00AM - 11:00AM (trophy for Best in Show) Registration for races: 9:00AM -11:30AM Races start: 12:30 PM OVER $10,000 in payouts/prizes 1st, 2nd & 3rd winners per class, first only for classes that have less then 4 entries. Laps: All classes EXCEPT open get 1.5 laps around the track. Open classes (King, Queen & SXS) 2.5 laps Double Elimination event! Helmet is mandatory including SXS class! All racers under the age of 18 require signature by parent/guardian Youth Class 1 (Ages 4-6) Ran in own straight track: • 0-125CC 4X4 ATV (as marketed as). • All rubberized tires allowed. Custom cut of tires is also allowed. • Gasoline fuel only (at any octane level). • Up to 3” bracket lift or pipe lift. • Factory frame, OEM a-arms and a-arm locations, swing arms and swing arm locations, trailing arms and trailing arm locations. • Must use original factory engine mated to particular unit equipped with original jugs and heads. • Must use stock or aftermarket shocks allowing suspension to travel. • Engine modifications are limited to jet kits, air filter, performance programmers exhaust and big bore kits. Basic retail parts available to drivers may be used. • Must have tether (kill switch). NOT ALLOWED: • No material may be added to treads. No tracks allowed. • No alcohol, Nitrous Oxide Systems (NOS) or any other additives allowed. • No Stretching. OEM rear differential and stock length axles Youth Class 2 (Ages 6-12) Ran in own straight track: • 0-300cc 2x4/4x4 ATV (as marketed as) • All rubberized tires allowed. Custom cut of tires is allowed. • Gasoline fuel only (at any octane level). • Up to 3" bracket lift or pipe lift. • Factory frame, OEM a-arms and a-arm locations, swing arms and swing arm locations, trailing arms and trailing arm locations. • Must have tether (kill switch). NOT ALLOWED: • No material may be added to treads. No tracks allowed. • No alcohol, Nitrous Oxide Systems (NOS) or any other additives allowed. • No Stretching and stock length Axles. OEM rear differential. (Exception to the rule would be the OEM, Can Am XMR differential which is a direct bolt in with no modifications) • No aftermarket replacements or modifications such as Maverick differential for Can Am that would require mounting modifications. Youth Class 3 (Ages 9-15) Ran in oval track: • 300-500cc 2×4/4x4 ATV Single Cylinder (as marketed as) • All rubberized tires allowed. Custom cut of tires is allowed. • Gasoline fuel only (at any octane level). • Up to 3" bracket lift or pipe lift. • Factory frame, OEM a-arms and a-arm locations, swing arms and swing arm locations, trailing arms and trailing arm locations. • Must have tether (kill switch) NOT ALLOWED: • No material may be added to treads. No tracks allowed. • No engine modifications allowed - big bore • No alcohol, Nitrous Oxide Systems (NOS) or any other additives allowed. • No Stretching and stock length axles. OEM rear differential. (Exception to the rule would be the OEM, Can Am XMR differential which is a direct bolt in with no modifications). • No aftermarket replacements or modifications such as Maverick differential for Can Am that would require mounting modifications. Stock Classes - Ages 12+ (Under 18 must have parental permission, parent must be in attendance and in close proximity) * 32" tire max * No crush locks * No cut tire * No stretching * No nitrous * No turbo * No lifts * No motor work big bores * No head work * No custom intake * No modifying OEM parts, Maverick motors, maverick heads, maverick cams or 54mm throttle body * No aftermarket cams * No race fuel/alcohol * Upgrading to OEM parts such as 1000r Maverick heads, Maverick cams or 54 mm throttle body allowed, but - NO MODIFYING THEM!!!! * Aftermarket clutches * Aftermarket pipe * Programmer-chip * Snorkels * Chinese OEM ports allowed Pro Class - Since there is only one pro class short frame machines will be allowed to run up to a rear 2 inch stretch to make it fair against max frame machines. * 500-1000+CC 2x4/4x4 ATV (as marketed as) will include all twin cylinder ATVs 500 cc and up * All rubberized tires allowed. Custom cut/crushlocked tires allowed. * Gasoline fuel only (at any octane level). * Up to 3" shock bracket lift or shock pipe lift. * Factory frame, Arched a-arms allowed and a-arms locations, swing arms and swing arm locations, trailing arms and trailing arm locations. * Must use factory engine equipped with OEM heads and cases. * Must use stock or aftermarket shocks allowing suspension to travel. * Engine modifications are limited to jet kits, air filter, performance programmers, exhaust and big bore kits. * Basic retail parts available to drivers may be used. * OEM replacement parts with Minor Alterations allowed with Race Committee Approval - For example, 1000 Transmission allowed in Gen 1 frame. Pro Class A ATVs can only * Chinese OEM or aftermarket parts allowed * Must have tether (kill switch) * No material may be added to tires. No tracks allowed. * 32" tire max. * No alcohol, Nitrous Oxide Systems (NOS) or any other additives allowed. * No turbos * Only stock length axles allowed. OEM rear differential. (Exception to the rule would be the OEM, Can Am XMR differential which is a direct bolt in with no modifications). * NO aftermarket replacements or modifications, except for Maverick differential. * Billet and Cast cylinders are authorized. Billet heads and Cases are not allowed in this class. Open classes (King, Queen & SXS) is open anything goes! Organizers/event staff will not be taking any type of aggressive/rude behaviour from any racers. organizers/event staff will have the ability to DQ the racer on the spot. Organizers/event staff will have the final say on any decisions and if you don't like it, you can load up and go home. If the aggressive/rude behaviour takes place after the races/class you are registered for are finished you will be banned from our next race event. We are all here to have a good time and enjoy the sport we are in, it is not fair to event staff/volunteers/organizers to be treated poorly when they are providing an event for you to attend and continue the sport. Bumping/running into/crashing into other racers outside/inside the pit will not be tolerated and will be an immediate DQ at organizers/event staff discretion. We understand mistakes can/dohappen however if we deem the collision to be done purposely it will be an immediate disqualification from the class it happened in.
