Collector Car Appreciation Day 2024 hosted by the Manitoba Association of Auto Clubs will be taking place on Sunday July 14th. It again will be held in conjunction with the Gimli Car Club Cruzin the Beach Car Show. This event is celebrated worldwide. It recognizes and celebrates the History, Culture, and Heritage of the Automobile. Special Ceremonies will commence at 1:00 PM sharp on Main Street. We have guest speakers from all levels of Government including Manitoba Public Insurance. Collector Car Appreciation Day is sponsored in Manitoba by Manitoba Public Insurance and Piston Ring Service. The event/show is open to all types/makes of Cars, Trucks, Imports, Motorcycles. Please mark your calendars to attend these 2 great events. Registration for the show takes place at the Sobeys lot as you enter Gimli. The Gimli Car Club has waived the $10.00 entry fee but is asking everyone to bring a Tin for The Bin in lieu of for their local Food Bank-Evergreen Basic Needs. Registration starts at 9:00 Am.
